Everybody Plays Utah is powered by an incredible team of volunteers who believe every child deserves the opportunity to participate in sports. Our volunteers generously give their time, energy, and talents to help create positive experiences for young athletes throughout our community.

From coaching and mentoring to organizing events and supporting fundraising efforts, these dedicated individuals share a passion for youth sports and the life lessons they teach. They understand that sports build confidence, leadership, teamwork, discipline, and lasting friendships.

What makes our volunteers special is their commitment to helping children succeed both on and off the field. They invest in our youth because they believe strong communities are built when adults step forward to support the next generation.

We are grateful for every volunteer who chooses to make a difference through Everybody Plays Utah. Their dedication helps ensure more children have the chance to learn, grow, compete, and thrive through sports.

verybody Plays Utah was founded from a simple belief: every child deserves the opportunity to play.

The inspiration came from watching our co-founder, Danny, personally pay registration fees and expenses out of his own pocket so local kids could participate in youth football. Time after time, he saw talented and enthusiastic children who wanted to play but lacked the financial resources to get started.

As we talked with families and community members, we realized these challenges extended far beyond a few children. There were many kids throughout our communities who would benefit from sports if they had access to the right support, equipment, and opportunities.

We also recognized a growing need to encourage young people to spend more time building relationships, learning teamwork, and staying active. In a world increasingly centered around screens and technology, sports provide valuable experiences that help children develop confidence, leadership skills, discipline, and lifelong friendships.

That's why Everybody Plays Utah was created. Our mission is to remove barriers that keep children from participating in youth sports and to connect caring community members with opportunities to make a lasting impact. Together, we are working to ensure that every child who wants to play has the chance to step onto the field, be part of a team, and experience the life lessons that sports make possible.

We believe sports do more than teach athletic skills. They build confidence, character, leadership, teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Through participation in organized sports, young athletes learn lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.

Our goal is to remove barriers that prevent children from playing by providing support for registration fees, equipment, camps, and other sports-related expenses. We work alongside families, volunteers, coaches, and community partners to create opportunities that help youth reach their full potential.

We are committed to encouraging active lifestyles, meaningful relationships, and positive experiences that help young people grow into strong leaders and engaged members of their communities.
